Stop letting others speak for you.
Take your website back.

  • Don’t you hate it when your photos never quite fit?
  • When the picture you want isn’t in their gallery?
  • When the form looks off and there’s nothing you can do about it?
  • When you have an awesome idea you can’t make real?

That ends here.

You’ve put up with it long enough. Let’s fix it.

klemmre.com, built for Jack Klemm in Tracy, California.

Your web address.

Registered in your name. It goes wherever you go.

Your pages and photos.

Every file belongs to you. Ask for a full copy any time and it's yours.

Your listings.

Post a home from your phone in about ten minutes, with nobody to wait on. Its page, your homepage and the right town page all update on their own. Mark it sold and it moves to your past sales.

Your call.

Every change, big or small, is up to you. Make it yourself, or text me and it's done.

Leaving your vendor runs like a closing.
So does my day job.

You know how it goes. A checklist, a closing date and a final walkthrough before anyone gets the keys. I’ve moved company retirement plans that way for ten years. Your website gets the same steps.

  1. 1

    The check

I go through your site page by page and list everything that has to come with you.

What can go wrongAn old page can still be bringing in visitors. I look at which pages people actually visit, and every one of them keeps its exact address.

  2. 2

    Your web address

Before I build anything, we make sure your web address is registered in your name.

What can go wrongSome vendors register it under their own account, and getting it back can take a week or more. I start on day one so it never holds up the move.

  3. 3

    The build

Your old site stays up the whole time. I build the new one beside it and bring over every listing, sale, form and photo.

What can go wrongOld systems lose things and file them in the wrong place. I check each one by hand against your old site.

  4. 4

    Move day

Your address switches to the new site, and every old link forwards to the right new page.

What can go wrongYour email runs on the same web address, and a careless switch can cut it off. I copy your email settings over first, then test your email and every form before I call it done.

  5. 5

    The weeks after

I keep watch on Google, your forms and your visitors.

What can go wrongGoogle takes a few weeks to catch up to new pages. Forwarding every old link keeps that short, and I point Google to the new pages the same day.

  6. 6

    Leaving the vendor

You cancel the old contract and stop paying for it.

What can go wrongContracts can renew on their own or need notice ahead of time. We read yours early, so you're not paying for two websites any longer than you have to. I handle the back-and-forth with them for you.

What agents ask
before the move.

Will I lose anything?

No. Your listings, past sales, forms, photos and old web addresses all come with you, and I check each one by hand.

Does my old site go down?

No. It stays up the whole time I'm building. On move day your web address switches to the new site, and old links forward to the right new pages, so nobody hits a dead end.

What do I actually have to do?

Send me your web address. That's it. I do the moving, the checking and the talking to your vendor. After that, text me what you need and I'll take care of it.

Jack Klemm, 38 years selling around Tracy.
Our first two months together.

7

sites built: his homepage and one for each community he serves.

838

YouTube home tours fixed in two days. Each one now links to his website.

97

sales posted the same day he sent them.

10 min

for Jack to post a new listing himself.

“Good catch and go fix it on all of them!”
Jack Klemmafter I found a setting hiding 836 of his 838 home tours

It wasn't the only catch.
Every project hides a few.

Some things nobody thinks to ask for. I go looking for them, and I make them work. Each one turns into something you’ll actually use.

Client emails were landing in spam.

The web address was missing three settings that prove an email really comes from you. Nobody had ever explained why. I did, and the fix is three lines.

56 sales were filed under the wrong town. 41 were missing.

All 97 went up the same day, each under the right town. Buyers looking at Woodbridge now see the full record there.

Longer tours got three times the views.

The numbers showed it, every year: walkthroughs over two and a half minutes beat short slideshows. Now you know what to film.

Posting a listing was only half the job.

So one listing in now writes the rest: a launch email, a personal text, a note to the seller, a flyer with a QR code and a YouTube thumbnail. It changes for open house, price drop, pending and sold.

A home value request should take seconds on a phone.

Now the address fills itself in as the seller types. If a message ever fails to send, they see your phone number instead of a thank-you that isn't true.

Town pages should sound like a neighbor wrote them.

I wrote each one from living there. Where I hadn't, I asked someone who had. For Manteca, that was someone who grew up there.

See what moving would take.
